Pie Squared is almost at the printers. The publication date is set for October 23, 2018. It looks absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to share it. More than 75 recipes, half savory and half sweet, 15 different crusts, 100 photos from Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamiliton, and an excuse (as if we needed one) to have pie for dinner.
