Congratulations to these Charcutepalooza-ers – each of whom completed all twelve of the monthly challenges. From this incredibly talented group, we will be selecting the semi-finalists – to be announced December 15th.
I do not envy the judges challenge on this one but I am loving the final posts. What a year; congrats to you, Kim and all of the Charcutepaloozians; the journey alone was a prize for me.
Congratulations to everyone else who made the final cut…. I have read so many of your blogs during the past months and I am so very impressed! I shall continue to peruse the Charcutepaloozer’s writing for all future charcuterie and creative food endeavors. And Cathy and Kim, thank you so much! It was such a wonderful idea and I’ve appreciated the challenges. I am going to continue doing this in the years to come. And now that I have my Bradley Smoker….well, wonders may never cease.
Yay, 33! How many bloggers started at the beginning of the year? I’m proud to be one of the ones that stuck with it – thanks for setting up a great group of challenges – I know I for one have learned a whole set of culinary skills that I can use my whole life through.
What an impressive group of die-hard meat people. I wished I could meet each one of you and tell you how wonderful it is to see this many people enjoy the art of charcuterie. Great job kudos to both Kathy & Kim for shepherding this through.
Wow! so much great charcutepalooza talent and inspiration! Congratulation to you all- a wonderful group of winners! I’ll be holding my breath over here in Gascony!
What a wonderful adventure this has been. I can’t believe I actually went through all the challenges (meat glue, hog casings, and beef bungs included!)
Cathy, you and Kim deserve big applause for bringing together this awesome community.
I’m gonna keep my fingers crossed, because a trip to Gascony sure would be awesome 🙂 Congrats to all the fellow ‘paloozers!
