Domenica Marchetti is a multi talented woman – eloquent writer, glorious cook and Italian recipe interpreter and developer. If that wasn’t enough, her Glorious Pasta (a glorious book!) has just been selected by the editors of Cooking Light Magazine as one of the best single-subject cookbooks of the last 25 years . And she’s coming to my kitchen.

Domenica will be teaching a master class September 9th from 12-4pm. Learn to make egg and spinach pasta, and then she will show us how to hand cut papparadelle, fill tortelli and create delicate codette verdi, This is a participation class, come prepared to cook, eat and enjoy. Only a few spots remain. $150.

Read Domenica’s post on the class to learn more about the sauces she’ll pair with those pastas.

I, too, would love a live feed. I’m in NY and cannot make it to D.C. Thanks!

I made my first batch of pasta (spinach) ever this summer with a manual pasta machine my daughters bought for my birthday. It was wonderful, although I have much to learn about pasta making. Wish I could br there – I subscribe and follow her on FB. I live in Kansas – the land of oz. Maybe I can click my heels and say “there’s no place like Mrs. Wheelbarrow’ kitchen? No? Darn.
